Privacy Policy

2.1. User Content (Videos & Images)

• To provide form analysis, you upload video files of your fitness movements.
• We may generate and upload a thumbnail image from your video to display in your history list.
• Important: These videos are processed by our AI engine solely for the purpose of analyzing your body mechanics. We do not use your personal videos to train public AI models.

2.2. Device and Usage Data

• Anonymous Identifiers: We use Firebase Authentication to assign your device a unique, anonymous User ID. This allows you to access your history without providing an email or phone number.
• Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to help us fix bugs (via Apple or Firebase Crashlytics).

2.3. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: To record your workout videos.
• Microphone: To capture audio during video recording (system requirement for video files).
• Photo Library: To select existing videos for analysis and to save results (optional).

3.1. AI Processing (Google Vertex AI)

• We utilize Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini models) to analyze your videos.
• Your video data is transmitted securely to Google's servers for processing.
• The AI extracts movement patterns and biomechanical data to generate the feedback report.

3.2. Data Retention (30-Day Auto-Deletion)

• Video Files: To protect your privacy and minimize data storage, all video files uploaded to our cloud storage are automatically permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Analysis Reports: Text-based results (scores, feedback, timestamps) are retained securely so you can view your history, until you choose to delete your account.

3.3. Data Storage Location

Your data is stored and processed on secure servers provided by Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), primarily located in the United States.

4.1. Delete All Data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap "Delete All My Data".
3. Confirm the action.

Result: Your anonymous User ID is immediately deleted. You will lose access to all history. Any remaining data on our servers will become inaccessible ("orphaned") and will be purged according to our retention lifecycle.

4.2. Clear Cache

You can clear local temporary files stored on your device via the "Clear Cache" button in Settings to free up space.
